## Scope of activity

As operator, Altiora Capital SA is responsible for running the One Stop Shop day to day. A client's journey sits with one company from start to finish:

- the compliance review (KYC for individuals, KYB for companies, AML checks) that comes before any account is opened;
- the opening of separate custody and trading accounts in the client's name;
- order execution, including large orders handled over the counter;
- conversion between digital assets and fiat currencies, in both directions;
- a named contact person for each client relationship.

Client holdings are kept apart from the company's own balance sheet.

## History

The SwissChain group's client-execution business moved to Altiora Capital SA, which has run it under the One Stop Shop name since January 2026.
